FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

It is essential to understand how Solonot operates. Understanding the system will make you a better Freelancer and a better Employer. How are the frequently Asked Questions

What Is Solonot?

Solonot is an outsourcing and crowdsourcing platform. Through our marketplace, clients can hire freelancers to perform tasks in areas such as promoting content on social networks, writing reviews, testing websites, data entry, downloading, searching, and installing programs.

Who Are The Employers?

People who do the tasks posted by employers and are paid upon completion.

How Many Accounts Can I Have?

Each person can only create one account. A user can be a Freelancer and an Employer at the same time. Any user who creates multiple accounts will be banned from Solonot permanently

What Jobs Can A Freelancer Accept?

Freelancers should only accept jobs they are capable of doing and finishing. Accepting a job and submitting a false or incomplete proof will raise a red flag. In most cases, three (3) red flags lead to account termination.

How to Submit Proper Proofs and Get Paid Fairly

1. Carefully read the job description and required proofs. Submit clean and correct proofs only. The employer has given you specific instructions. As long as you submit exactly what the employer asks for as proofs, you will be paid. Do not risk your proofs being marked as SPAM and your account being closed.
2. Do not submit the same proof for multiple job tasks.
3. Do not use Proxy or VPN. Your account will be closed as a result.
4. Do not create multiple accounts. All your accounts will be closed if the Admin has a reasonable evidence to that effect.
5. Do not submit one or two word responses, which do not demonstrate you have completed the task. For example, do not say "yes" "done" "finished" "I have screenshot" These responses are not proof you did the work and they waste the time of administrators and employers. These proofs are marked as SPAM and count against your success rate.
6. Do not write the following or similar phrases in your proofs: "Hi, I have finished this task, here are my proofs." The employer already knows what proofs he asked for. There is no need to repeat. Only write what is asked for. These proofs are marked as SPAM and count against your success rate.

Remember, if you do not understand a task, can't complete a task, or you encountered an error, don't submit the job in an improper manner. It's better not to do a job, than to submit an incomplete proof.

What Is Success Rate?

Freelancers must maintain a success rate of above 75% at all times (Satisfied tasks). Too many “Not-Satisfied” tasks will lower Freelancer's success rate. A low success rate prevents a Freelancer from performing jobs for the next 30 days.

How Can I Offer A Job To Freelancers?

Click the 'Post Job' button at the top of your dashboard. Be sure to complete all boxes and select the right category before submitting your job. All Jobs submitted are reviewed for approval before being displayed to Freelancers.

How To Submit Proper Jobs and Get Your Posting Live?

1. Select the proper category.
2. Format your description and proofs properly. If you need help with formatting check out a few jobs already posted to see how it’s done.
3. Pay a fair wage according to the category selected.
4. Do not post confusing job descriptions or requirements for proofs
5. Do not ask for proofs to be submitted off site, such as sending you an email.
6. Do not ask Freelancers to pay for something in order to work.

Administrators check each job posting. The easier you make it for administrators to review your post, the faster it will go live.

Do Employers Get Charged For Every Task?
